Q - What organizations does Edie Kate support?
A - Edie Kate supports organizations that connect families to their babies in the NICU. These organizations include the following: Ronald McDonald House Charities and March of Dimes.

Q - How much does Edie Kate donate to support these organizations?
A - Edie Kate donates 10% of net sales to support the missions of those organizations. Net sales is the difference between the amount the customer pays Edie Kate for the product and the amount Edie Kate pays its suppliers for the product.

Q - I have a mission that aligns with Edie Kate's mission. Would Edie Kate be willing to contribute to my organization?
A - Edie Kate is always looking for new ways to support organizations with an aligned mission. Please reach out to Edie Kate at ediekateshop@gmail.com if you believe your organization's mission aligns.

Q - What is the cost of shipping?
A - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Q - How long will it take to receive my order?
A - Non-custom orders will generally be shipped within two business days. See specific product descriptions for expectations on custom items.

Q - Where do you ship?
A - Edie Kate LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Edie Kate LLC ships domestically in the United States and internationally outside of the United States. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from Edie Kate LLC, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country.

Q - How can I track my order?
A - We will send the tracking information to the email you submitted when you placed the order. The email will contain information on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.

Q - When will my tracking information appear?
A - You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you receive the tracking number. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment is handed over to the shipping company, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center.

Q - How can I pay for my order?
A - We accept all major debit and credit cards through PayPal Express Checkout and Shopify Payments. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

A - All of our products are listed in US Dollars.
